As the coronavirus pandemic swept through the world, forcing people to isolate themselves and stay indoors, the very concept of community and togetherness was challenged. And now as we struggle to step back into a new normal, what does the term community building mean for property developers? Does building the physical structure and filling it with people automatically mean community building? How can property developers play a more active role in it?
