Wavelength: Sonic Artifact

At the recent DA+C Festival in Penang, sound artistes from around the region created audio experiments from their surroundings in a project called Sonic Artifact. One of them, Ipoh based sound artist Kamal Sabran presented his unique sound designs using the gambus in his response to the various environments that he went to. As the frontman of the Space Gambus Experiment, Kamal speaks about his discovery of the gambus and the sounds he's created so far.
