Starting off in 2013 as a blues/rock and roll band, the band released their first single under "The Maha Jeffery Band", titled "Sleep". Now known as TMJB, they have performed in various stages, changed a few band members, added a few more, and seated on That Time Of Night! At one point in their career, they even got the chance to perform for Dato Siti Nurhaliza!
