On this week’s programme, we recount our favorite features & stories of 2018. To kick start things, the story of our very own bodybuilding world champion, Lilian Tan whom we had on the program in January. Just this month in Chiang Mai, she captured her fourth title at the World Bodybuilding and Physique Sports Championship. Lilian shares her trials and tribulations in her journey and proves to us that bodybuilding is no longer a predominantly male sport.
