This week on A Bit of Culture’s special music episode, Uma is joined by special guests (and musicians), Azmyl Yunor and Fikri Fadzil as they run through three musical, pop-culture-filled topics. Azmyl starts off with a discussion on fatherhood’s place in the rock & roll scene. Fikri then takes the trio through the discourse surrounding songwriting in Bahasa Melayu. Finally, Uma shares his opinions on current TV and movie soundtracks and their increasingly common reliance on nostalgia.
