The War on Drugs Has Been a Failure

Many decades ago, many countries around the world, including Malaysia, declared drug abuse the biggest threat and menace to society. The solution was to start a war on drugs, as US President Nixon had pushed for. But what if the war on drugs has been a complete and catastrophic failure?
