History or Sejarah will always play a crucial role in a country's development. Essentially, that is what celebrating Merdeka is all about: remembering how our history contributed to our nation's independence.

Yet, Sejarah has always been the subject students love to hate. Why is this so? Our very own intern, Kareem Fareed, speaks with some secondary school students and sejarah teachers to find out their real perspectives on Sejarah and how the interest can be further developed.
