SPCA - Animal Cruelty

A stray dog shot with two arrows and kittens sealed in a jar. These are not fictional horror stories, but actual incidents that happened here in Malaysia. There has been a rise in reported cases of animal cruelty in recent years around Selangor, with 530 cases reported last year.
