The Restoration of Parliament

Mavis Puthucheary, a retired associate professor from the Faculty of Economics and Administration, University of Malaya, has authored a book on 'The Politics of Bureaucracy in Malaysia', and has co-edited a book entitled 'Elections and Democracy in Malaysia'. Today she joins us to speak about the restoration of parliament in the early 1970s and her observations on the evolution of Parliament since that time.
