Red Book: Police and Your Basic Rights

The Malaysian Bar Council's publication titled Police and Your Basic Rights, or popularly known as The Red Book, is a source for people to get information on what to do when stopped by the police.

Members of the Malaysian Bar Council's Human Rights Committee, lawyers Andrew Khoo (Chairman), Roger Chan (Deputy Chairman) and Richard Wee who spearheaded the project, share their knowledge of what we can expect from the criminal justice system, and how it should and should not work.
