Malaysian-born Adam Liaw's MasterChef Australia win in 2010 remains the most watched non-sporting event in Australian television history. Since his win, Adam has written four books and presented four TV programmes, in addition to being UNICEF Australia's National Ambassador for Nutrition. Adam is also a columnist for The Wall Street Journal's Scene Asia and Good Food, among others. Lee Chwi Lynn find out from Adam what life has been like since winning MasterChef as well as his current and future projects.
