For the last 19 years, the haze occurrence in Indonesia has caused wide ranging health issues and chaos for both Indonesia and their immediate neighbours. Sawit Watch is a coalition of NGOs and oil palm workers in Indonesia who, together with a documentary crew, documented the Ground Zero impact of massive forest burning, and how it has caused hundreds and thousands of Indonesians to lose their loved ones.
