Feminist Fridays #23: Getting More Women in Politics

Women's rights activists have long been advocating for more participation by women in politics. How do we move beyond the rhetoric and take concrete steps towards this? We speak about this to Lau Shu Shi, a Programme Officer at the Penang Women's Development Corporation, and we also discuss why she thinks an increase in women’s participation in politics will create a shift in power dynamics and decision making, and result in positive societal change.
