Gender Equality in Academia

For all the talk of gender equality in the workplace, men still account for about eighty percent of all professorships in the world, according to estimates by most studies. We speak to three women who have made it to the top of their respective fields to get their take on what worked for them and what can be done to get more women into senior management positions.
