Why More Libraries Should Have Games

How many children do you know who actually enjoy going to library and utilizing its rich resources? Libraries are a huge source of education and knowledge, but in this age of technology, young people are frequenting these learning centres less and less.

Kelly Czarnecki, a US Technology Education Librarian, is currently visiting Malaysia to provide training on using technology to engage with library audiences, mainly school children.We will be hearing her ideas on why gaming in libraries could actually increase a child's interest and learning experience, and overall encourage education.
