Gaik Cheng Khoo is a co-author of a recently published book, Eating Together, which traces the political tensions of different people living, working and relaxing together, in search for home and identity in the places we congregate to eat. We speak to Khoo about the complex forms of multiculturalism in Malaysia through the mind, tongue, nose and eyes.
