Offering an opportunity for bright young minds to work in the highest achieving organizations in town provides them with a valuable insight into the possibilities that our country affords. Otak-Otak is one such program, placing high achievers with similarly high achieving companies and ensuring that their internship is not just refilling coffee cups and making copies of documents.
Speaking on the Otak-Otak philosophy is Joyce Tagal, one of the program's co-founders and Philip Loh and Ezlan Mohsin, two students going through their internships and sharing their stories.
