Coconut milk has been ‘demonized’ for its high saturated fatty acid content. While many South East Asian are staying away from coconut milk to keep ‘healthy’, the French Food Safety Agency has changed its recommended dietary intake to include certain types of saturated fatty acids, including those from coconut milk.
