You've probably heard of the brain drain from the healthcare sector, where we lose talented medical graduates to other countries. But there are also medical graduates who practised abroad and have chosen to return home to serve Malaysia. They bring with them a wealth of insights and experiences from other healthcare systems that could benefit our own, especially when we're dealing with a pandemic.
