Our resident doctor in the house, Dr. George Lee, answers a letter from a listener named Ying, asking about the red blood cells that are found in her urine, as she attempts to get clearance to purchase a major critical illness insurance policy. The conversation takes an unlikely turn as it's revealed that sometimes doctors just don't know what's wrong - is it right for them to say so?
Everybody gets their say and we try to solve as much of Ying's problem as we can.
