Dissecting 1Care

Details that have surfaced on the internet about the planned '1Care' universal healthcare program have had people up in arms and indignant over what they perceived to be an unnecessary issue. However, others have said that it is a good and important thing to be implemented in our country, to cope with the rising costs of healthcare as well as ensure fair distribution of it.  Either way, details were not exactly thick on the ground.
