It's almost time for Chinese New Year, starting a year of the Wood Dragon, which symbolises power, strength and good fortune. As folks get busy preparing for a festival associated with abundance, we wanted to share some tips on innovative ways to perhaps celebrate a more sustainable Lunar New Year.
