Meanwhile, Manchester City, led by Erling Haaland's hat-trick, defeated Ipswich Town 4-1 to take the top spot..Liverpool also continued their strong start under new manager Arne Slot, beating Brentford 2-0 at Anfield while Manchester United fell to Brighton & Hove Albion's sword 2-1 at the American Express Stadium.
