Public-Private Partnership To Patch Non-Revenue Water Leakage

According to Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Fadillah Yusoh, the federal government plans to open up bids from the private sector for alternative financing to help reduce the cost borne by the government in addressing the issue of high non-revenue water in Malaysia.
