Designed to boost wage growth, foster human capital development, and enhance productivity, targeting Malaysian workers earning below RM5,000 monthly. Calvin Cheng, Senior Analyst in the Economics, Trade and Regional Integration Division compares our model with the Singaporean one whilst discussing how best this can be implemented.
