Grab Gets the Taxi Treatment

E-hailing services will now be subjected to the same regulations as taxis, and made to apply for public service vehicle licenses and Puspakom checks. The government is also imposing a cap on drivers' commission and fare surcharges, as well as studying monopoly risk after Grab-Uber merger.
