The made almost 10 billion dollars of revenue in the financial year 2012 and has a presence in over 150 countries. In Malaysia, it is the leader in the premium beauty segment, commanding 28% of market share.
Paul Slavin, Managing Director of Estée Lauder Malaysia, talks about the company's beauty philosophy and the founder's legacy.
