Govt More Than Fair in Water Asset Payments - Tony Pua

Tony Pua, part of the trio of Pakatan Rakyat's Water Panel explains that the government has been more than fair in its treatment of the water concesionaires going over and above contractual obligations. Contract sanctity has been well-preserved given that the acquisitions have been made according to the provisions of the concessions' contract. He also gives his views on how the toll roads can be taken over.
