Despite leading the Pakatan Rakyat coalition to a thumping victory in the recently concluded General Election, the leadership of Selangor by Khalid Ibrahim has been called into question. And the recent decision to raise salaries of members of the Selangor assembly is only the latest in storms he has had to weather.
