1984 Statute Repressive To The Writing Industry

The Printing Presses Publication Act (PPPA) 1984 gives absolute power to the Home Affairs Minister to ban any publications which are deemed to be prejudicial to public order, morality, security, or which is likely to alarm public opinion.
