Salaries to Rise by 5.3% - Real Growth or Low Base Effect?

According to a survey by Aon, Malaysian salaries rose by 5.1% this year and is expected to jump to 5.3% next year, faster than regional neighbours Singapore and Thailand but slower than in Indonesia. We speak to Rahul to break the survey down further.
