Can Asset Declarations Restore Confidence?

Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin has announced that all Cabinet Ministers and their deputies have one month to declare their assets to the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission. Integrity pledge forms will also be distributed for all government leaders to sign, to ensure the integrity of the government. To help us answer this, we speak to Cynthia Gabriel, Human Rights Advocate at the Centre to Combat Corruption and Cronyism.
