Congress recently voted to end the 35-day partial government shutdown - after President Donald Trump finally agreed to reopen federal agencies even without guarantee of funding for his border wall. Government agencies will temporarily reopen until February 15th, but Trump doesn't think he's got a "fair deal" from Congress. What sort of impact has this shutdown caused the US economy?
