Trade War Jitters Continue To Spook Markets

Dodge Dorland, Chief Investment Officer, Landor & Fuest Capital Managers

20-Jun-18 07:35

Trade

As the US-China trade spat intensifies, China's stocks fell 10% yesterday while the Dow erased all its 2018 gains.

This followed news of the US President Donald Trump threatening to place tariffs on a further US$200 billion of Chinese imports. China has said it will hit back if US rolls out a new tariff list.

Dodge shares his thoughts on the never ending potential trade war and its impact to markets.

We also discuss what stocks and sectors should investors be looking at in the midst of the uncertain operating environment.
