Earlier this week, the Reserve Bank of Australia opted to keep rates at 2.25 percent -- bucking expectations of many who were expecting the RBA to ease rates another quarter of a percentage point, as it did in February. Meanwhile over in the US, Federal Reserve minutes show that officials were divided on whether they might raise interest rates in June, due to recent weak economic data. Ben LeBrun, market analyst at Options Express in Sydney, Australia, weighs in.
