Talkback Thursday: Would you pay for good journalism?

The Malaysian Insider drew over a million unique visitors per month but found it couldn't sustain its RM10 million losses. It had to shut down as a result. The options Malaysians are left with aren't much and good news portals require a fee. And the majority of Malaysians aren't exactly keen on parting with their money for reading news stories. But if you knew that the money would go into producing good journalism, would you reconsider? We're asking you today, would you pay to sustain good journalism?
