Our Education Minister, Datuk Seri Mahdzir Khalid, has announced plans to implement a national agenda for Malaysians to achieve five-star toilet habits. As we know, the condition of our toilets leave much to be desired. Poor maintenance, frequent vandalization and overall poor hygiene are usually touted as the main issues.
