Being unhappy with our telco service provider is not a new thing. The complaints range from lousy phone coverage to expensive call plans. But a recent post that went viral has landed local telco Maxis in hot soup. Accused of granting cheaper call plans to those who were opting out for another provider, Maxis has gotten a severe backlash from existing customers questioning how unfair the move was for those who have stayed loyal to them. On Talkback Thursday this evening, we're asking: What do you expect from your telco service provider? What should be improved?
