Unlike most other countries in the region, travel reservations have topped the rank in Malaysia’s e-commerce spending over the last few years. No wonder, as the heavy competition between carriers have made flights dirt cheap. But there are more goodies in store for the frequent flyer – as loopholes and bugs are discovered on some popular online travel reservations systems.
