The seemingly lack of talent coming out from our universities is as critical as an issue as the inadequate numbers going to university with the aim of making a career in IT for themselves. Karamjit first tackled the issue in an industry Roundtable in 2004, wrote about it again in 2006 and in December 2010. Asohan has written about this since before 2000. Tackling the issue yet again has made both him and Karamjit feel like one of those lab rats, running through a maze, you always end up at where you started. To find out what went on in the deep recesses of Karamjit’s mind when he wrote this somewhat average attempt at dramatizing this issue of talent in the tech industry, we put him and A. Asohan in the spotlight.
