Digital Information in Malaysia

Organizations worldwide are spending US$1.1 trillion to manage a massive volume of 2.2 zettabytes worth of valuable digital information. Yet, businesses struggle to protect its critical information effectively. More interestingly, the Malaysia findings of the State of Information Survey revealed that digital information makes up 50 percent of an organization’s total value. So what is driving this growth here in Malaysia? Jeff Sandhu spoke to Raymond Goh, Symantec’s Senior Regional Director for System Engineering and Alliances, Asia South Region about what is driving the rapid growth of information in Malaysia today?
