Future Music

Music is something that surrounds us in. At home, at work, on TV, in malls, in lifts, supermarkets, restaurants and bars. We’ve moved from records to cassettes to CDs to MP3s and now to online streaming. Yet although the formats and the way we listen to music is changing, we often think that the way music is made and the instruments it’s played on stay the same. Not so, says Kulturpop’s Matt Armitage, and there’s a behind the scenes movement going on to change the way music is played.
