Philip Carter, Director of IT Services, Application Software, Channels, Green IT & Sustainability practice group of IDC Asia Pacific talks about how and what organisations can look at beyond better energy-efficiency within data centres and existing IT infrastructures when looking at their green IT strategy. He also touches on the IDC, ICT Sustainabiliy Index and how it aims to measure green IT as well as the areas where Malaysia can focus on moving forward.
