Management priorities in 2010

Saravanan Karumanan from Right Management shares its latest survey on what senior managers are focusing on in 2010. Cost control, management of risk and productivity, top line revenue growth and integrating talent management with business strategies are at the top of list for business leaders in Asia Pacific. According to the survey, Malaysian organisations are focused on adopting better or more effective technologies to improve and increase productivity this year.
