Disruption is a key driver of success in today’s business landscape, literally uprooting and changing how we think, behave, do business, learn and go about our day-to-day. Disruption could displace an existing market, industry, or technology, producing something new, more efficient and worthwhile. In other words no one company is so essential that it can’t be replaced and no single business model or sector are off-limits to a raw burst of change. Do we want to be disruptors, if so, how? If we’re not disruptors, what can we do to remain flexible, stay relevant?
