Are you a Last-Century CFO?

At a recent CFO Dialogue organised by the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), Professor Mervyn E. King, Chairman of the International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC) said that the role of CFOs in the 21st century is different from the role in the 20th Century. In fact, the CFO of today cannot apply the same tools that were used in the 20th century because these tools have created the challenges and problems that we are facing today.
