How attractive is Malaysia as a business tourism destination? Traffic problems, errant taxis and pollution seem to be deterrents.  What can we collectively do to extend the length of days stayed and in the process increase the average spend which falls behind Thailand and Singapore.  We spoke with Mr. Neethiahnanthan Ari Ragavan, Dean of Taylor's School of Hospitality.
