Leadership by Design

Many inevitable factors are affecting leadership. Resilience, eccentricity, compassion and courage as leaders, will be key to ensuring future leaders develop beyond the `norm’ of yesterday. Out of necessity, leadership will be redesigned to respond to the diversity of the people in leadership roles; those whom those leaders will need to engage; and the roles and the complexity of leadership challenges.
