Mark Zuckerberg, Evan Spiegel, Marissa Mayer. These are all successful, respected business people who became CEOs before they hit 40. The average age of CEOs around the world is still between 45 and 55, but we are seeing more CEOs under 40 and even under 30 taking over C-suite positions.
