Leadership: Going Big or Going Great?

As a leader, or aspiring leader, can we have it all, or are there areas we will need to trade off for a better decision? Some believe we can do all, as long as we know how to leverage. Others consider saying "no" to preserve energy and time for the pursuit of a bigger goal. In celebrating the end of the year, how can we intentionally develop our leadership in the coming years?
